Upon entering Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, I was assigned to take photos of the crew manning the rail aboard USS Enterprise (CVN-65). As the crew rendered honors to the USS Arizona (BB-39), I saw not only the memorial, but the outline of the Arizona's hull underwater. Seeing the ship and knowing so many of her crew were there was an incredibly humbling experience.
